encourage the populace to consider wearing period appropriate headwear with

their garb. An extensive handout containing examples and instructions for

making structured hats will be provided. Numerous examples of a variety of hats

and headwear will available to examine and we will also review a select number

of 16th century portaits to illustrate types of period hats and headwear from

several regions.

This class will cover all the steps of making no-knead artisan bread: from mixing ingredients to letting the dough rise to shaping loaves. The resulting bread will be served with tonight’s Feast. Handouts will be available in the Bread Room during the day.

This class will help you use the Kingdom A&S forms to assess the entry and documentation, score the item, and give useful commentary, even if you've never seen a godechay before.
I will use the kingdom A&S judging forms to explain how to judge, how to anticipate what a judge needs, and how to handle some of the difficulties that face both judge and entrant.  This class is for those who want to learn to judge, to understand how judging is done, and what they can do to help a judge give their entry an optimum score.

This is the seneschal’s warranting class for the Kingdom of Ansteorra. Anyone wanting to be a local seneschal (or a regional or kingdom deputy for that matter) needs to take this course. Also, landed nobles are required to have sat through this course. Some people who wish to be event stewards (aka Autocrats) also find the material of this class to be helpful.
